Terms of Use

1. Operator

TalkBridge is operated by Slavomir Kubinec. Contact: Kubinecslavomir@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By using TalkBridge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Scope

TalkBridge provides AI-assisted communication tools, account features, and optional paid subscriptions.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually wrong.
• No legal, medical, therapeutic, emergency, or financial advice is provided.
• You are responsible for your final decisions and messages.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trial

• Paid features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Pricing and billing terms shown on the App Store purchase sheet control.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policy and applicable law.
• Restore Purchases restores eligible purchases linked to your Apple account.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, bypass limits/security controls, or abuse the service.

7. Availability and Termination

Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, legal, security, or anti-abuse reasons. Access may be terminated for policy violations.

8. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Notice

2. Data We Process

• Account data (for example display name, email, auth provider, profile photo URL).
• User content submitted in app tools and related AI outputs.
• Usage and entitlement state needed to run free/pro features.
• Technical state and security-related service events.

3. Why We Process Data

• Authentication and account operation.
• AI feature delivery and response generation.
• Sync, reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
• Purchase entitlement checks and restore purchases.

4. Sharing

Personal data is not sold. Data is shared only with providers required to operate the service, including Apple, Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, and AI processing providers.

5. Retention

Some data is retained for limited cache periods, and some synced/service records are retained until deleted, overwritten, or no longer needed for operation or legal compliance.

6. Your Rights

Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint.
